  I got locked out at 8pm (my own fault, I forgot to bring the pin number with me to get into the front gate). But I am giving the hostel 1 star because I called three times and the reception was not available. All my calls got converted into text messages and i did not hear back from them. I tried yelling out but nobody could hear me. Luckily i was able to get a room at the Chifley Hotel next door. Anyway my suggestion to the hostel is that they write the pin number on the key tags. Given that i have not been able to contact anyone who works there, I wont recommend this hostel as i think this is a safety issue. You're better off paying extra money for a room at the hotel next door.
